Join us on a culinary journey through time at the Harvey House Lunch Counter and Dining Room – where the flavors of history meet the present.

Rebuilding the Harvey House Lunch Counter and Dining Room will provide our guests and visitors with dining options. Exhibits and graphics will tell the story of the Fred Harvey Company and its history in Amarillo.

Much as it operated starting in 1910, the Lunch Counter will offer a limited prepared food menu. Guests can choose from options that were available in Amarillo during different eras. The Dining Room will provide guests with a more refined and traditional dining experience with cuisine taken from historic menus and given a modern Amarillo twist.
